About Us
Ace High Private Dining is owned and operated by Ally Ford. I am a Portland native and have worked in many incredible restaurants over the years. In 2022, after a decade of dreaming, I decided to start my own company specializing in private events. I am also an in-home personal chef and provide high quality, healthy menus to nourish my clients during their busy weeks. I work alongside talented industry professionals who I have met over my many years working in Portland. Whether you want to throw a fabulous party, or need reliable quality meals for your family, Ace High Private Dining would be thrilled to serve you. Our Services
Bartending
Quote is dependent on the number of bartenders required for your party, hours, & whether you will require rentals. Includes consultation, cocktail creation and three hours of bartending. Does not include cost of ingredients.
$450 minimum
Personal Chef
Chef Ally will come to your home once a week and prepare 3-5 meals for the whole household plus optional extras such as organic cold-pressed juices and desserts. Price depends on family size and needs.
$400/per week minimum (does not include food cost)
Private Dining/Intimate Catering
For small plated dinner parties up to ten people, or large platters and snacks for up to forty people. Price depends on number of people being served, menu, and number of service professionals required to properly execute the event.
$1,500 minimum
Order Ahead Platters & Meals
Perfect for when you don’t want to cook, but would rather keep it casual. Chef will offer individual consultation and drop off.
